To provide you with the highest standard of dental care, we must collect certain personal information. Without this information, your Dental Prosthetist cannot properly plan or deliver safe, appropriate treatment.

- Collecting only information relevant to your treatment. Your contact and health fund details may also be used for administrative purposes such as accounts, reminders, or newsletters.

- Protecting your information with appropriate security measures. All staff are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
- Sharing information with other healthcare providers only with your consent, and only when necessary for your ongoing treatment.
- Never disclosing your information to any third party without your consent.
- Providing you with access to your dental records. You may request to view your records, seek clarification, or request amendments if you believe any information is inaccurate.
- Providing copies of your records upon request, with reasonable notice.
